Pixmo sells credits that can be used for eligible AI generations and other Services.
Credit requirements may vary depending on model, duration, resolution, generation type and other parameters.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases of credits that have been used are generally not refundable merely because a user changes their mind or does not prefer the subjective appearance of a successfully generated AI Output.
Requests concerning wholly unused credit purchases may be reviewed by Pixmo on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law, payment-processing limitations and any promotional conditions disclosed at purchase.
If a technical failure causes a generation not to complete after credits have been deducted, Pixmo may automatically or manually restore the relevant credits where appropriate.
